Candida Albicans is a yeast (sometimes referred to as a fungus) that exists inside all of us. Normally it presents no problems, but today’s widespread use of broad-spectrum antibiotics, contraceptive pills, steroids, sugar-rich diets and consumption of carbonated drinks can cause a proliferation of this yeast. The yeast produces toxins, which disable the immune system, leading to viral and bacterial infections.

Olive Leaf Extract – Olive leaf contains a series of phytochemicals known as secoiridoids. The most important of these – and the major active ingredient in olive leaf is Oleuropein,which in itself is comprised of 95 different compounds.

Chlorella was chosen mainly for its high chlorophyll content, which provides detoxification effects. It is also a source of high-grade protein, B-complex vitamins, antioxidant vitamins and beta-carotene. It is a natural source of HGH (human growth hormone) and is rich in minerals.

Cellulase consists of three distinct enzymes that convert cellulose (one of the basic components of cell walls) to glucose. Candida’s cell wall is partially composed of cellulose making it vulnerable to cellulase. In the presence of cellulase, the cell wall is disrupted and the yeast dies.

Hemicellulase hydrolyzes hemicellulose, which binds digestive enzymes and hinders effective breakdown and absorption of nutrients. Candida can also be vulnerable to hemicellulase, allowing its cell wall to be digested.

Beta-glucanase breaks down the structural integrity of Candida’s cell walls, leading to its destruction.
